Our technicians wear the visor-like HoloLens 2 headset―an untethered holographic device that enables them to work hands-free―to share real-time vehicle information with experts across Canada and around the world via 365 Remote Assist. No matter where they are, these technologies allows the experts and technicians to see and hear the same things in real time. They also allow the experts to share intricate 3D images and instructive holograms with the technicians, in order to guide them through even the most complex service efficiently.

What is Service A?

With the first visit at approximately 20,000 kilometres or 1 year[1], whichever comes first ― and then approximately every 40,000 kilometres[1] or 2 years after that ― Service A includes:

• Mercedes-Benz motor oil & filter change
• AdBlue fluid replenishment (diesel only)
• Remote key battery replacement
• Replace cabin dust filter (where applicable)
• Check all lights, horn, safety catches/hinges operation
• Fluid levels check and correction
• Check wipers/washer system
• Brake component inspection
• Tire condition/inflation check & correction (incl. spare)
• Reset maintenance indicator

What is Service B?

With the first visit at approximately 40,000 kilometres[1] or 1 year after the previous service ― and then approximately every 40,000 kilometres[1] or 2 years after that ― Service B includes:

• Mercedes-Benz motor oil & filter change
• Tire rotation (where applicable)
• Combination (cabin) filter replacement
• Check suspension, steering & driveline for wear or damage
• Check for leaks in all major assemblies
• Check seat belts, buckles for external damage/function
• Check condition of poly belt
• Check expiration date for tire sealant (where applicable)
• Check and correct headlamp settings

Our team of expert technicians will thoroughly inspect your vehicle using specialized diagnostic tools, and if needed, address all of your vehicle's needs using only Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts. Most importantly, our technicians understand how the systems and parts within your vehicle work together, ensuring that any work completed meet rigorous engineering and safety standards.

The Right Tires for the Season

It's important to have the right tires for the season to improve performance, handling, and fuel efficiency. Our team of expert technicians can complete your tire changeover, or if needed recommend the best Mercedes-Original tires for the season.

If you haven't driven in a while, we also recommend checking the pressure of your tires ― especially if you're taking a journey where higher speeds may be involved. This can be found on your vehicle's instrument cluster. Your vehicle's recommended tire pressure can be found on the inside of your fuel tank door, and Owner's Manual.
